Just so you know; I had a note on my phone that it was your birthday so I could be like "Aha, Happy Birthday, you thought we would forget" which thinking about it is a little creepy and very spreedsheet anonish.

I need to make a spreadsheet for everyone. :P How is New Years in Australia? I can only imagine it involves kangaroos and fireworks.

Well, it was last night (It's now 3pm on the first).

Lots of fireworks - we went out to a park at midnight and there were fireworks being let off in every direction which was very cool. Aparently the ones in the city were spectacular, but you wouldn't be able to pay me enough to go near the CBD on New Years Eve.

No 'roos at midnight, best time for spoting them is at dusk (near my parents place anyway, we don't get many in the suburbs).
