Oh god, Rent. My theater club's attempt to stage it ended up in not only losing most of our new or potential members, but also some of the old ones quitting the club AND the board forbidding people from directing alone or without the board checking on them. The one good thing is that it fell apart before we had time to advertise or rent the stage.

In hindsight some of the actors fit the characters a bit too well.
