My sister, my daughter and I are in a lot of the same fandoms. My sister used to write fic but has given it up for other pursuits (although she still reads quite a bit). My daughter has read my fic (selectively) since she was about 15... She's always enjoyed it and in fact used to have an icon that said, "My mommy writes porn." (Which really, my stuff is pretty tame, but she thought the idea was hilarious.)

I have been told that we have a 'strange and unusual' relationship. *L* But it's always worked for us and I doubt it will change at this date (awesome daughter is awesome).
