Yeah, but [celebrity] probably has better things to do. Like... being a celebrity. Chances are they aren't going to stumble on it.

"Stumbling upon it" is probably unlikely, I agree.

Journalist/interviewer/other fan thinking it would be fun/amusing to show it to said celebrity, to show them how "weird" their fandom/fans are, is not as unlikely unfortunately.

From what I've read/heard in interviews I gather that goes on quite a bit. I think it's mostly fanfic which is shoved in the poor guys faces but anything said in an open/unlocked forum is probably fair game to these people.
