Well technically, if she's fangirling on an internet site owned by someone else, the owner can kick her out if they don't like it. Government can't censor speech (and even then sometimes they still can), but private parties can.

Yeah, but I wouldn't use the words "rights" for that. But I realize that I'm being completely pedantic at this point.

Of course mods have the right to kick people out - but I don't think that's the context of this conversation at all, actually.
