I think it'd be fun with some stockings/tights. Boots and Mary Janes would both work depending on your style. It looks like a dress that would be fun to dress up with big earrings/necklaces. It would also go really well with a classic gloves-and-hat look.

I'm not a fashion expert by ANY means, but this is what I'd try with it, at least in my head (not all of those fit my style, but they all sound cute to me).
