Re: Favorite feel good film

Either of the first two Mummy films, primarily for reasons of the Carnahan siblings and Ardeth Bey. Never fails.

I also have a bunch of movies that I watch when I'm down because they're comforting in their familiarity, but I don't know that they're what you'd call 'feel good'. Things like 'L.A. Confidential', 'The Fugitive', 'Best Seller (1987)', 'Assault on Precinct Thirteen' (original flavour) ... Not the happiest films in the world, but they always help me feel better for having watched them.
