My Little Pony. I watch it sometimes with my little sister and it's cute and everything, but I just don't get how there can be a serious fanbase for it.

First thing that jumped to my mind as well, tbh. I watched the first few episodes back when the fandom was throwing it around as being the greatest cartoon ever made, and it was just.... spectacularly boring. I'm really not sure I've ever watched any TV show I found more boring than MLP. :(

The way I like to put it is that I'd be watching Star Trek if it was still recognizably Star Trek, and MLP is the closest thing left to that kind of idealism.
