Set a timer. Maybe 20 minutes and then start outlining your ideas. You don't have to write the scenes themselves, but plot out your story from beginning to end if you can, filling in details as needed. Don't stop before the timer rings. Obviously if you're on a roll when the timer rings, keep going. But tell yourself that no matter how hard or worthless it feels, you'll give it twenty minutes because twenty minutes is a trivial amount of time that can well afford.

But honestly, in the end, there are no short cuts. You just have to sit down and write even if you don't feel like it, even if the words suck. If they suck, they can be fixed. But if there are no words on the page, there's nothing to work on. Good luck!
