Okay, maybe Snow White might survive with Three. Just don't put her with One.

One is the grumpy Doctor, right? She would surely survive with Three, I have faith in Three.
I'm not a real whovian because I didn't watch Two and One.

I honestly don't see Snow White (as depicted in the Disney movie) as being a good companion at all. She simply too sweet and gentle not adventurous at all.

Early Who had a few of those, some better than others, but the worst was Katrina, who was a Trojan servant girl. She only lasted halfway through the next story - a story that was ten episodes long. Admittedly she had a good send-off sacrificing herself to get rid of dangerous criminal to save everyone else (he was holding her captive in an airlock and she triggered the airlock).

Maybe if you use Snow White from other Disney material than the original movie, she would be better as an adventurer, but I even see both Cinderella and Aurora (as presented in the original movies) as being more likely to take to adventuring than Snow.

aww, poor Katrina.
Snow White is not very adventurous, true. She's also naive and kind so she can be a morale compass and she'd be tricked by badies in every episode so the Doctor has to safe her. Or better yet be a companion for an episode or two but without the tragic death, kinda like the Titanic waitress from the Tenth's run.

Yes, I think a one or two-shot companion would suit Snow White. Maybe the Doctor getting involved in helping her and the seven dwarves deal with the evil queen and him seeing her safely restored to her rightful place as a princess (maybe along with her handsome prince).

A prince would be nice. I'd like to see more of Snow and the Prince tbh. Like to they even get along...
