I don't think anyone was in it for Kid Loki's design so much as how much Gillen pandered with him via writing and making it 'Loki (guest starring some teen heroes I guess)' rather than a real Young Avengers title.

...how was it "Loki with some teen heroes"? In order of attention, most of the story revolved around Billy and his powers, his boyfriend (and boyfriend troubles), followed by Loki and his problems, then Teddy, then everyone else.
