Thank you. Saying "there are also Christian extremists but" is a useless statement: a Christian is not assumed on sight to be an extremist. A Muslim is, or at best gets a "but we don't know", and that's horrible.

You've got to be pretty short sighted not to see the parallels between this situation and just about every other similar situation on every continent throughout humanity's long and bloody history.

When there's a threat, people react the same the world over.

You're missing the point. It happens, yes, but that doesn't excuse the behavior. We have to consciously be better than that, or this shit's never going to end.
