Roadkill is pretty much my default - but I shouldn't forget the blood pressure meds. I think that's like genuinely bad for m health.

Aw, yeah don't do that. D: I'm on the other end of the spectrum with hilariously bad LOW blood pressure. I ended up in my own Emerge at work (hospital worker) because it dropped to 80/50 and they wouldn't even let me walk there because every time I stood up I passed out. XD

And my default-roadkill days are getting better! I started doing yoga at my rheumatologists recommendation and it's helping a lot for the chronic pain, though it being -20C+windchill here right now is not doing ANYTHING good for my body. :/

It's funny, because I did have low blood pressure all through high school. I was on the brink of passing out a few times.

My joints are a bitch, though I choose not to take pain meds most of the time. Though I managed to dislocate my shoulder in my sleep two nights in a row,and it wasn't really happy about that.

If I had too much cash I'd invest in therapeutic massages. Those were nice.

Ugh I wish I could get a therapeutic massage. The downside to basic constant touch-worsened pain. Massages just huuurt. And usually leave me with actually bruises. I tried it once hoping it would help and regretted it deeply. :/

Ouch ouch ouch! I thankfully have never dislocated a shoulder and I think I'd like it to stay that way. XD
