Kinda same. If I have a fav character, yes I usually multiship them. But I do still have an OTP that I like above all other options - and the other half of that OTP I can't ship with anyone else other than my fav character. (even though I ship the other characters with other people and my fav)

So when I'm reading ship fic with my fav, and it isn't my OTP, I always pretend that the other half of my OTP has one-sided love for them in the fic if they show up.

Don't ask why I do this, I don't know. I'm just a starboarder.

I actually really like that one sided thing.

Sometimes I only realize when looking at multiple pairings including a fave that I sort of have OTP feelings about them and second fave. Kind of too strong to really enjoy the other pairings. LOL
