I have tried that but it only seems to work for about ten minutes.

And I'm not sure if this has happened to you, but do you feel SUPER cold sometimes after drinking? I've actually switched to drinking warm or tepid water because I can't stand cold water.

Yeah, I drink water and room temperature. Especially during the winter.

The only other thing I can think of is for your to space your snacks out. Nobody ever got fat snacking on apples and oranges and celery sticks.

Ooh, yes. Snack on veggies. You can eat carrots all day and not gain a pound.
