Mindfullness. Visualization meditation helps also.

Deep, even breathing (in for 6 seconds, out for eight, or whatever variation works for you -- it's the pauses and the rhythm that's the important part).

Drink (slowly) something ice-cold. Water is fine.

Crying the adrenaline rush of panic attacks off can be cathartic if you're able to do that.

Fidgeting can also be a good way to burn off the adrenaline quicker (it also helps ground you). Actually any physical activity you can tolerate doing while you feel panicky will help, even though it may feel like the last thing you want to do. Doesn't have to be anything hardcore, even walking and pacing will help.

Also with regard to grounding you, describe something you can see in detail, or recite something in your head that's familiar to you: a poem, your name and address, anything.

And more than anything, don't feel bad about it or get angry/frustrated with yourself because you'll keep on feeding the adrenaline. It happens, and it'll pass, and you'll be okay.

Second the recommendation for mindfulness. Anon above has some really good advice.

See if you can concentrate on being in the moment - where are your hands and feet and what are they doing? Where are you sitting or standing? Stuff like that.
