So just tough it out, I guess?

That's my issue because classes have started up and they bring pizza and soda and cookies to seminars and it drives me crazy.

I either spend the entire time fighting down my urge to eat (and completely ignoring the lecture as a result). Or I break and eat and then feel guilty all day.

It's part of losing weight, yeah, unfortunately. But I think you're eating too few meals - just 3? o.O Eating little but often helps. Especially healthy snacking.

It's not really possible with my job. We're not allowed to have food at our stations (unsanitary/unsafe). And when I'm not at work, I'm in class where it's not exactly allowed (as it's considered a distraction).

I'm curious - what is your job, and what level of education are we talking here (HS? college/uni? vocational?)

Anon, DO NOT feel guilty for eating junk food every once in a while. It's counterproductive.

Get used to how much you can/should eat calorie wise and make room for the occasional splurges. It'll get better once you get used to the calorie intake too - you can have a slice or two of pizza and feel pretty alright about that (you won't be hungry enough to eat a whole crapton of it).
