Re: A question to the svelte ladies of F!S

Not really.

I actually used the 1580 calories since March (well, I did cheat on some days, but I was always aiming for it and did my best to stick with it). But I've been really stressed lately and I feel super hungry all the time. Just wondering if anyone had any pointers.

Different anon but the stress is probably causing your hunger issues. Stress can cause you to feel more hungry. If you are having a hard time sleeping I'd recommend drinking something right before bed (milk/soy milk is usually the best). Herbal tea is also good because it can calm you down if you are stressed but don't drink it too close to bedtime otherwise it will keep you up. Or you can eat a small snack a couple hours after dinner.

I'd say if you are hungry when you go to bed and can't sleep you might need to eat a little more food.
