Multiple windows! I have one for Gmail, LJ/DW, Facebook, I have another for my writing communities and blogs, another for my writer's chat and the links that come out of that (and several I keep meaning to get around to reading), another for my incessant trainwreck syndrome, and another for sites that I read that I end up with multiple threads on before I get around to reading (such as several Captain Awkward letters I've been meaning to read, especially with the comment threads being so long).

Thank gods for 16GB of RAM and a good processor...

Make more sense?

Edit: Sad thing, my fiancee has about double what I do because she goes trawling for fic and her "TBR" tab window is... wow.
