I posted something on Facebook about feminism, and my younger sister commented on it saying that she thinks equality is great but that feminism "is an umbrella term that has some really unfortunate things under it" so she can't consider herself a feminist. I was so mad that I just ignored it, but I should have told her, "Well, 'Mormon' is an umbrella term that has some really unfortunate things under it, but neither of us hesitate to call ourselves Mormon."
