I hear getting electrolytes can help. Or sometimes the problem is a sudden electrolyte dump, and you're body can't handle it. So if you don't usually drink gatorade and you chugged a bunch, don't do that again, but if you've only had water, have maybe a glass of gatorade.

Otherwise, heel stretches?

I might try the gatorade thing, see if that helps; I tend not to drink it, but once in a while (hopefully) won't hurt!

And I'll definitely try the heel stretches before class next week. :)
