Exactly. I've seen (very few) jokes on sensitive topics done within those parameters that I considered hilarious, it's possible, it's just tricky, and some people think that because something was intended a joke, that automatically makes it sacrosanct or some shit. No, your "lol rape" joke was creepy and sucked, go away.

I always think of this Mr Show sketch ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AKE9W0O8bX8 ), because I absolutely love it, I think it's hilarious, and it's unquestionably about rape. But it's not something that's easily done.
