I invariably get cramps on my foot the day after eating colorful cereals, which sometimes did hurt. Maybe it's a reaction to something you ate?

Off the top of my head, bioflavonoids and vitamin-K are also great for the circulation, but I'm not sure how they influence cramping in particular.

I haven't had any colorful cereals recently, though not for lack of wishing! And I can't think of anything I ate that was out of the ordinary, except maybe pineapple... But I'll keep that in mind, and if this reoccurs I'll check and see if there's any similarities in food intake. :3

And I'll bring those up with the doctor tomorrow, thanks for the tip!
