I have a friend who's favorite is also pistachios! I haven't had them in...god knows how long, I don't even remember what they taste like. I need to try them.

(Maybe I should buy a nut sampler...)

They are the best. I still eat them a lot.

The one thing that wierds me out is pistachio ice cream. They just are such a savory thing to me that the idea of them as a desert wierds me out. Never tried it, though.

It's sweet and a little weird. Nutty. I'm not sure it isn't sometimes flavored with almonds.

I like it well enough. (I like pistachios and almonds, but I don't like walnuts.)
