I try to avoid fandoms with juggernaut pairs, except for a couple of times when I actually did ship it as well. I tend to like ensemble casts, and I adore team canons with lots of team fic. My big one recently, though I've wandered away since Phase 2, was the MCU, and all five of my top-ranked fics by hits, comments and kudos in that fandom were genfic.

I can see that it's very fandom-dependent, and I have something of a hatred for juggernaut ships even when I do ship them because they tend to blanket the fandom in a sense of sameness, but sometimes you get lucky and genfic does work?
