I don't think it's racist/fetishistic to be more inclined towards people of certain races, but it probably is if you would be with them SOLELY because of their race and for no other reason. That would make it seem like you're using their race as just a prop for your sex fantasies or something (not that I think this is happening in your case).

Yeah, if it's just a preference, it's not anything to worry about. Everybody has their preferences. However, if it's the /only/ thing you care or you're stereotyping heavily (like idk you're into black women because they're all exotic and dominant) there's probably an underlying issue that you should examine.

Yeah, it's just about physical features but I find myself wishing that I could meet a cute girl or guy like that and I think that sounds wrong.
