Yeah, but not to the point where it's "dripping" or "spilling" out, which is generally what you get with badfic/bad manga.

Err well obviously. But imagining that the anus lubricates a lot more in an alternate universe isn't all that hard. Or maybe it is for you. idk. Either way, it's porn, if people can have massive dicks and boobs bigger than women's heads, why can't they have anuses that lubricate more than normal. that is seriously one of the tamer things I've seen in pornfic.

Mpreg is a little crazier, but if you're into that sort of thing, the whatever-they-call-the-uke's ass is basically an ass combined with a vagina. I don't read this fics (and found out about them through f!s) but I guess I don't see why this seems to offend people so much more than other types of fic?

It doesn't offend me. I just see it showing up so often in situations where it's not a logical part of the universe -- i.e. it's the writer thinking the anus is basically a second vagina and writing it doing things accordingly that it physically cannot do -- that I can't read it in any capacity anymore because my internal "this is incorrect" overrides any world-building the writer may have done.
