I'm like 99% sure the beginning of most, if not all marvel comicbooks, there's usually a little paragraph on the very first page explaining what's going on and why happened previously.

Currently Buck Barnes:Winter Soldier is the only one I'm reading - but yes, that one has it, and so did the ones I used to read back in the day.
