I don't understand why it's so hard for some of you to get that it's a fantasy world with fantasy biology.

again, I was responding to the line that "it's weird to have humans shitting out babies" and airt saying "it's a cloaca!" I assumed the first anon knew what a cloaca was, but was having a hard time applying that term to humans.

Nobody is saying you can't do that in fantasy.
