Download utorrent from utorrent.com Go to kickass.to Find what you want to torrent. Look for the file with the most seeds (and the size you want. The bigger it is, the longer it takes to DL). Click on the link. Click on the magnet (when you hover over it says Magnet Link). A box should come up asking if you want to use utorrent. Tell it yes/ok. It should start automatically. When the file is down downloading, I usually close utorrent down because I am a terrible person who does not seed things. Enjoy.
For virus protection: Use Malware Bytes and Avast or Avira.
