How can I get Girl Scout cookies if I don't have a stable mailing address? The only way I know of to get them is to find one and sign up for packages. I just want to go somewhere and buy them up front. Is that possible?

You have to wait until they start delivering the orders, which is when troops can order extras and set up booths outside stores and such. Walk up and buy right there :) Don't know if you might be able to find out where a booth will be though.

You could contact the local council or a troop and ask where they're planning on having a booth sale
