OH GOD FUCKING PIERS ANTHONY. I have a big chip on my shoulder about that guy for his creepy love of pairing old men with kids and his creepyass rape apologia. MSTing his book Zombie Lover actually led me to use the lines, "I NEVER JOKE ABOUT HORSE SEX," and that WASN'T the most questionable thing in it. (That would be the fifteen year old girl pairing up with a tree.)

It's true! A lot of people forget that actually, those books were really fucked up; I think because they read them early.

I'm a bit sore because let's just say I went through a lot as a kid, and Piers Anthony was my first exposure to anyone discussing child molestation and rape... and he talked about it as fun and games and teeheehee. So I've never quite forgiven him for that.
