I think, from the bird, that this is about Susanna Clarke's Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell, but.. I could be wrong.

I thought the same thing, but I jumped up and checked the cover on my copy, and they aren't the same. ;_;

It's tough to say! Because the bird on the red ~~brick~~ paperback is different, but I could've sworn the bird on the hardcover is that one. SO CONFUSED.
