Have you tried to make pumpkin muffins with kabocha? If not, I highly recommend it.

I've never tried to make pumpkin muffins with or without kabocha. Mostly just because baking is not really my jam. I am not a baking-type person. But I'll definitely keep it in mind if I ever give it a shot!
