Maybe not the way you mean, but I've had a lot of comments about my weight, so I suppose that counts. Some not so recent (my doctor), some more-so (my mom's psychiatrist, my brother and his wife, etc).

When I feel self-conscious about my appearance (even though I've lost a lot of weight and am technically healthy, I'm never going to be thin) I try to remember all the compliments I've got and how much healthier I feel. It helps some.
