For me, I only know a few works that takes place after HS and college, such as Yoneda Kou ("Doushitemo Furetakunai" and "Saezuru Tori wa Habatakanai"), Natsume Isaku ("Doushiyoumo Nai Keredo") and Suzuki Tsuta ("Sangen Tonari no Tooi Hito ", "Merry Checker", "Hand Which" and "Akanai Tobira"), so you can offer me a good rec.
If this was Bara, I know Mentaiko's "Priapus" has the titular character sexing a lot of men (one of them being high school age, while the other 3 are older).

Naono Bohra has a LOT of love for older bottoms; 'Fingertip's Love' is between a guy who's twenty-five and his boss, a psychic detective in his mid-thirties. It looks like it's been licensed since I downloaded it, so is no longer available online (though I can hook you up, wink wink). 'Confession' involves a middle-aged top and a young bottom (but he works and lives independantly as a construction worker, so must be at least 18). 'Everyday Smile' follows two businessmen, who look to be about in their twenties, and 'Moment' is about two adult men who also look in their twenties. I can only remember reading ONE story of hers about high schoolers.
Tsukasa Matsuzaki made 'To Kill The Crows of 3000 Worlds,' which involves a construction worker, probably in his twenties, and a middle-aged Yakuza boss. He also wrote 'Team Kuroda,' about adult construction workers (including a Middle Eastern dude named Mohammed, which I hadn't seen before), 'Cicadas,' and 'Fly,' which involves a college swimmer and his coach.
All of what I linked isn't too creepy. I'm pretty hardline about consent, and the only ones I felt squicky about was 'Team Kuroda,' 'Cicadas,' and 'Moment.'
