Same. For me, I feel like I haven't "earned" the right to legally change my name until I marry and move away with my spouse. Take their last name and fill out a form to change the first. Start over 100%.

If I changed it now my coworkers would never get it right. It took two years to get them to stop calling me by a shortened version of my clunky name (which I hate more than the whole thing itself). Some of them call me by other people's names still. Their heads would explode if I had to instruct them all over again, ugh.
