Yeah, I find the very concept of 'involuntary celibacy' boggling. There aren't that many people I think who actively CHOOSE celibacy, unless they're in the priesthood or something.
It's like these people don't understand that sex with another person requires them to you know, WANT TO HAVE SEX WITH YOU. Otherwise, it gets horrible fast! They just seem to think women are an obstacle to their genitals. Yech.
(I actually knew a guy somewhat like this. He whined constantly about being a virgin, and when I remarked that I would've loved to skip all the raping, he said, "WELL AT LEAST YOU GOT SOME." To which I sweetly responded, "and that, honey, is why you haven't gotten laid. Because your head is too far up your ass.")

I am immensely glad that my relationship with my husband is awesome, so I learned what actual happy relationships are like. So I know that their bullshit excuses are just that: bullshit.
