Motorcity. It's story might not have been so well executed, and definitely could have used less Mike Chilton as the center of everyone's world, but it was animation and soundtrack heaven with a dystopian racer world as its backdrop. Given another season to round out its characters, and villains, it could have grown man. It could have been something, Disney :(

Also, same thing with Almost Human. It was a pretty stupid show most of the time, and showed some really out-of-touch writing (lol bitcoins and yolo), but it had the setup to be awesome so long as you hired people who were willing to run with the premise of it. It had enough fun and charming moments, and that really good chemistry between the leads, that I really did wish it got another run.

+1000 about Motorcity. I feel like I'd be 80 years old and still be bitter about it. It had so much potential.
