For real creepypastas, I always liked Candle Cove because it taps into the sort of imaginative child I was, and about secret worlds/children's games that really are true.

For internet horror stories that are allegedly true (from /nosleep or /letsnotmeet, for example), the Smiling Man was really spooky.
