Let's see:

The Suffering makes it easy to be neutral and mildly difficult to be evil, but really makes you work to save people and be good. It also has great payoff for some of the good choices.

Valkyrie Profile: Covenant of the Plume has an obscenely hard final boss on the good path. She's supposed to be unbeatable unless you're doing a new game plus from neutral or evil. I level ground out the wazoo and beat her on my final hit with my entire party at critical health and out of action points.

Epic Mickey always makes the good solution to puzzles trickier to figure out than the evil solution. You can stretch your brain, or you can be an asshole and get on with it.

Soul Sacrifice boosts your offense for killing monsters and your defense for saving them. A high-defense playthrough is intentionally much harder than a high-offense playthrough.

Hmm, I don't have as many examples as I thought.

(I used the term because Star Wars has a thing about how "the Dark Side is easy," but I don't think the games reflected it much.)
