Hiding my self harm from my girlfriend is getting really difficult. (I'm in my 20s what a juvenile problem to have.) Also: I'm so scared she is going to break up with me when she realizes how depressed I really am.

oh my goodness, nonnie, no.

i'm sure your girlfriend must love you very much. she's chosen to be with YOU, not somebody else. and someone who loves you wouldn't break up with you if they learned you were self-harming.

they'd probably want to help you, because they love you, and believe you're worth helping. they wouldn't want you to hurt yourself.
