No problem, I keep telling people that and they keep ignoring it. Only thing is that you have to say a "hard" no, leave no room for negotiation. Telemarketers usually only get paid by how much they sell so even a tiny hope of selling something might get you back on the list.

Yup, I understand that. And I can, it's much easier for me to do that with strangers on the phone. As long as I know this is the way to communicate to them that I can not buy anything they've got, I'm good.

(I wasn't a call center kid, thank god, but I DID have to do calls to doctors, so I at least somewhat know what a pain it is to just get things done.)
