Hands down my favorites are Rob Paulsen and Maurice LaMarche from Animaniacs/Pinky and the Brain.

Maurice has done so much work and now that I've learned to recognize his voice it's kind of scary just what he's been in.

I like Maurice LaMarche too. But even his filmography pales next to Frank Welker. If there's an animal in anything, animated or live action, he's probably the voice of it. Plus he's done regular voice work with dialogue. He can just do anything.

Maurice is unusually good at impressions of a bunch of celebrities, and not just the obvious ones.

So many from Gargoyles. Keith David, Jonathan Frakes, John Rhys-Davies. Hands down, Jeff Bennett is my favorite when he's doing Owen.

Takehito Koyasu. I just love his voice, and I love how he does all different sorts, too (he's done heroes, villains, and in between). I especially love his Long Suffering characters.
He's the only VA whose voice I will actually *notice* when I'm watching something.
