14. I still am. It's what I grew up on, and it's still one of my favorites. If I hadn't grown up on Dragonball and Dragonball Z I'd probably hate all the cliches and power creep in it, but since they did it first, I can forgive them, and accept it for how outrageous it truly is. I kinda wish they were making a Dragonball Movie and not a Dragonball Z Movie, though. Mercenary Tao is awesome.

35. I can't really wrap my head around you crazy kids and your writing fics about real people. I mean, Stephen on the show is obviously a character he plays, but John is more or less the same on and off the show.

37. Although I can't say I'm familiar with the fandom, I am with the sort of problem this is, and there are a few more factors that could be part of it outside of your own personal taste. The first artist might just have been there longer, know more people, or has just gotten involved more to get him/herself a dedicated fanbase (read: flunkies). You can share with your friends about the other person, but other than that, getting popular is up to the artist.

45. If you're intimidated by Concept Art, you've got a fairly good reason to be. People there treat art like serious business, because in that case, it really IS serious business. It's a place for serious artists who want to make a living doing what they do, as opposed to just drawing fanart on the side, which is what I'm assuming is what you want to do (I'm also assuming you use DeviantArt and/or SheezyArt, but that's beside the point). It's good you want to improve, though; I know plenty of fanartists who see themselves as the height of quality. Although you definitely shouldn't post fanart on Concept Art, you could try asking for critique in the description of the art (again, assuming you're on dA or SA). But if you do this, you have to make sure you LISTEN to people, even if they seem to be mean, although you can ignore things like 'stop drawing fanart'.

More than that, though, just keep drawing. I just doodle crap to make my friends laugh, and even I can admit to myself I've improved in the past year or so. Work on your anatomy, color palletes, faces, anything you think you have trouble with.
