A lot of people who make secrets here I think need help when they write a secret about how they touch themselves to fictional characters that do look like children, even though the anime states that they are older they still look like children, How can you fantasize about that ?

Because it's a fantasy. There really is a difference between finding an anime character who looks young but isn't to be sexually attractive, and finding an actual young person attractive. It's a thin line, yes, but it's a very distinct line. Anime =/= real life, or even begin to resemble real life or real life physical aesthetics. (Though I readily admit there are gray areas and there are certainly situations that would raise warning flags.)

And that specific aside, finding something fictional or in your own head to be stimulating doesn't automatically mean you'd like it in real life. Finding anime characters who look young doesn't mean that the person finds actual real life children attractive. Which would be the only case in which I'd say someone needs help.
