Fun fact: not only am I sure the photo taker didn't et jail time, this picture has probably judged this woman on her looks. She has probably been called a "dudettesis"

What exactly is wrong with you that you think it's creepy to take a picture in a public place of someone doing something in public? Are you Thatcher back from the dead?

She's completely covered, in a public place, and the person taking the picture is sitting across from her, which means they're in the same public place and visible. There is absolutely nothing remotely illegal about this picture.
