Caf-nap. It's apparently a thing. Drink 1 cup (as in, liquid measure, 1 cup, not "my huge Hello Kitty mug that can hold a full pot of coffee" cup), nap 15min, just enough time for the caffeine to absorb into your system, and you will (so the theory goes) wake feeling refreshed. I've never tried it myself, but I've seen it recommended a few times, so maybe worth a try?

As for what I regret? Putting off cleaning until the very very very very last minute possible.

I cleaned today just so I would not have to clean tomorrow. MWAHAHA! I hate cleaning the bathroom.

I don't drink beverages with caffeine. So, sadly I will just have to try and fight the naps or take the hit.
