No worries! I'm very much better now, and I only have visual hallucinations when my seizure threshold is beyond borked.

Because I have some amazing online friends, they helped me figure out what to take and what to avoid. Loratadine seems to be the most innocuous and beneficial antihistamine to take, and so far I'm doing pretty well.

(Also, anyone else with neurological conditions like that, be wary of anything like pseudophedrine as well. Apparently it mimics adrenaline, but lasts longer, so if your sympathetic or parasympathetic system is already vaguely fucked, this will fuck it up worse.)

But yeah, actually it was something like 2-3 months now that I think about it, that I was taking this shit, and it was pretty much making me think I was going off the deep end and having loads more seizures. Nope! Just a common and really shitty side effect for a vulnerable population.
