Blood Orphans are a band that last toured in 2009. Darlo Cox is the drummer.

The internet tells me nothing. Could be something like an orphan who has no extended family - i.e. no one else in the bloodline. Or, maybe it means someone orphaned by war, like your family gets slaughtered by invaders or something.

Could it mean that one's blood (not adopted) family are gone?
